Job summary

Marquette Senior Living in Indianapolis invites qualified medication aides to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care teams. As a QMA, you will administer medications safely under nursing supervision and deliver resident-centered care that respects dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved QMA Training Program.
• Successful completion of the State Board QMA Exam.
• Active QMA registration on the Indiana State CNA Registry.
• Working knowledge of CNA/QMA duties and ADL support.
• A genuine commitment to providing exceptional, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Accurately document medication administration and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, and safe transfers.
• Support meal service, hydration, and overall resident comfort.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Follow direction from the Charge Nurse and nursing leadership.
