Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with administering medications to residents in a long-term care facility in Commerce, MI. The role includes aiding residents with daily living activities and staying within state regulatory guidelines.

Certification as a QMA/CMA is required, with CNA certification in good standing. 0–1 years of relevant experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position at Westlake Health Campus, Commerce, MI.

Qualifications

• Certified as a QMA or CMA with active state certification.
• CNA certification in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under licensed supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medications per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by nursing staff.
