Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Michigan seeks a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with resident medications and daily living activities under the supervision of licensed nurses in a long-term care setting.

You will ensure proper medication administration, accuracy, and safety, while supporting residents with ADLs and documentation requirements. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state.
• Maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision of licensed nurse.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medications per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
