Silver Birch Living, LLC. in Evansville, IN is seeking a compassionate Qualified Medication Assistant (QMA) to join our Clinical Team. You will support residents’ health, safety, and daily care needs by assisting with medications and personal care in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current QMA certification in good standing.
• Insulin certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to maintain required training and certifications.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily care needs per individualized care plans.
• Administer, monitor, and document medications and treatments within scope.
• Observe residents and report changes to Wellness Nurse and clinical team.
• Document care and services accurately in the electronic health record.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members.
• Work closely with Wellness team to support clinical operations.
