Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh is seeking a Psychiatric Unit Care Associate to support nursing staff in delivering quality patient care. You will perform routine safety checks, assist with activities of daily living, monitor patient conditions, and document observations according to our protocols.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, CPR training, and willingness to complete nonviolent crisis intervention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required or must obtain within 6 months.
• Willingness to complete nonviolent crisis intervention training.

Responsabilités

• Perform 15-minute patient safety checks and document findings.
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Support nursing staff with routine care and transport within unit.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA.
