• Experience handling formal and informal probate matters from opening to closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage full caseload of probate matters from filing to final distribution.
• Serve as primary contact for executors, administrators, and beneficiaries with clear, compassionate communication.
• Prepare pleadings, inventories, accountings, notices, and court documents in line with Arizona probate law.
• Anticipate and diplomatically resolve issues like creditor claims or will contests.
• Coordinate with trust administration, estate planning, and paralegal teams for seamless service.
• Represent clients at hearings or mediations when needed.
• Maintain meticulous case files and deadlines, upholding white-glove service.
