You will manage a full probate caseload from filing to final distribution and act as a steady, empathetic guide for executors, administrators, and beneficiaries through grief and complex procedures.

This role expects strong courtroom presence, precise document drafting, and collaboration with the estate planning and trust teams to deliver a seamless experience

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active Arizona license to practice law (or eligibility).
• Minimum of three years of legal experience; probate/estate administration experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; empathetic client interactions essential.
• Familiarity with Arizona probate code, court procedures, and local practice.

Responsabilités

• Manage a full caseload of formal, informal, and supervised probate matters from opening through distribution.
• Serve as primary contact for executors, administrators, and beneficiaries with clear, compassionate communication.
• Prepare and file pleadings, inventories, accountings, notices, and court documents per Arizona probate law.
• Anticipate and resolve issues such as creditor claims or will contests proactively and diplomatically.
• Coordinate with trust administration, estate planning, and paralegal teams for a seamless client experience.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and when needed in probate litigation.
• Maintain meticulous case files and calendars to protect deadlines and commitments.
• Uphold white-glove service with prompt follow-up and plain-language explanations.
