Durfee Law Group seeks a Probate Attorney to handle a full probate caseload with warmth and precision. You will guide executors, administrators, and beneficiaries from filing through final distribution, filing all pleadings and court documents in line with Arizona probate law.

Collaboration with trust admins and estate planning teams ensures a seamless client experience, with hearings and disputes handled professionally.

Qualifications

Arizona license to practice law (or eligibility for prompt admission).
At least three years of legal experience in probate/estate administration or related areas.
Excellent written and verbal communication; patient, empathetic client support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines and filings.

Responsibilities

Manage a full probate caseload from filing to closing.
Serve as primary contact for executors, administrators, and beneficiaries with clear, compassionate communication.
Prepare and file pleadings, inventories, accountings, notices, and court documents per Arizona probate law.
Anticipate and diplomatically resolve issues such as creditor claims, contested wills, and disputes among heirs.
Coordinate with trust administration and estate planning teams to provide a seamless client experience.
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, or contested probate proceedings.
Maintain meticulous case files and calendars to ensure deadlines are met.
