Alto Walden Woods — Senior Living by Allegro — is seeking compassionate PRN Resident Assistants to support our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods in Plant City, FL. This role offers flexible shifts, on-call availability, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives.

The Resident Assistant helps with activities of daily living, responds to calls, supports dining, and maintains care documentation. CPR/First Aid certs and state requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a caregiver, RA, or Med Tech preferred.
• In-Person 6-Hour Medication Administration Certificate required if performing Med Tech duties.
• Must have a compassionate, reliable presence.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.
• Assist with medication administration as needed (Med Tech cert required for med pass duties).
• Build relationships with residents and contribute to a warm, safe environment.
