Job summary

National Church Residences in Ohio seeks a Certified Nurse Assistant (PRN) to provide direct resident care and support daily living activities. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and help with admissions while upholding facility policies and resident rights.

Strong communication, English proficiency, and a current Ohio STNA license are required; prior experience and teamwork are valued as you support a compassionate senior care environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled in a program.
• Experience: Two to four years preferred.
• Mental: Must have good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Skills: Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and World Wide Web.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to residents and assists with activities of daily living.
• Measures and records vitals, gathers weights and other documentation.
• Assists with admissions and trains new staff as assigned.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident areas and supports nutrition and meals.
