Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Non-Certified Nurse Assistant on a PRN basis to support Harmony Trace in Hilliard, Ohio. The role involves direct resident care, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with vitals, ADLs, and restorative care, while communicating changes to supervisors and ensuring confidentiality. A supportive team and strong patient service ethos are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled in a program to achieve preferred education.
• Experience: Two to four years preferred.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• Not required: Licensure

Responsibilities

• Performs/assists with direct care needs and activities of daily living.
• Maintains resident room cleanliness and supports restorative nursing.
• Communicates effectively and reports changes to supervisor promptly.
• Assists with vitals, weights and documentation; helps with admissions as assigned.
• Adheres to Resident Rights and confidentiality; follows safety policies.
