Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) on a PRN, flexible schedule in Ohio. The role provides direct resident care, assists with daily living activities, and supports nursing staff with duties including vitals and documentation in the EMR system.

The STNA will contribute to a safe, respectful environment, adhere to HIPAA and facility policies, and help residents maintain independence and quality of life. Training and orientation are provided.

Qualifications

• Provide direct care to residents per policy and procedure.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Maintain professional communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses with tasks including vitals and documentation.
• Record vitals and resident data accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident areas and assist with admissions and training of new staff.
