Conviva Care Solutions is seeking a Medical Assistant to join CenterWell Primary Care in Greensboro, NC. The role blends clinical support with administrative tasks to promote efficient clinic operations and quality patient care.

You will prepare patients for exams, perform vitals, document in the EHR, assist providers, and participate in preventive and chronic care activities. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range of $43,000–$56,200 plus a bonus incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Complete MA training or hold MA certification/registration, or have 3+ years MA experience.
• Demonstrate fundamental clinical skills including vital signs and patient prep.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization abilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for examinations, take vitals, review histories, discuss symptoms, and assist with exams.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and administration of vaccines as permitted.
• Document patient information accurately in the EHR.
• Coordinate visits, referrals, follow-ups, and team communication.
• Support preventive screenings and chronic condition management initiatives.
• Maintain exam rooms, sterilize equipment, and manage supplies.
• Deliver compassionate, culturally responsive care and educate patients.
