Strong communication, attention to safety, and adherence to clinical protocols are essential, along with TB screening compliance where required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program or equivalent certification.
• Ability to record vital signs, prepare patients, and document accurately.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work with limited direction.
• TB screening may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and vaccine administration as permitted.
• Document patient information in the EHR accurately.
• Coordinate visits, referrals, and follow-up with care team.
• Support preventive screenings and chronic disease management.
