Athletico Physical Therapy seeks a Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, help with administrative tasks and support treatment sessions, ensuring compliance with state requirements.

The role involves assisting with modalities, documenting care, and coordinating supplies, while maintaining a welcoming, efficient clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience as a Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech is preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy and assist during treatments.
• Motivate and guide patients through exercises under supervision.
• Administer routine modalities and manage basic supplies.
• Maintain clean treatment areas and restock supplies.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file paperwork.
