ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on training and mentorship while supporting therapists and patients in recovery.

You will assist with intake, prepare treatment areas, set up equipment, and help patients perform exercises within prescribed programs, contributing to a welcoming clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and verifying paperwork.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and support the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
