Job summary

RiverView Health in Crookston, MN is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 0.8 FTE, full-time position in our Rehabilitation Services team. The role spans outpatient and inpatient settings with weekend and holiday rotation and a pay range of $39.38-$50.95 per hour.

The PT will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and quality of life while receiving competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (MPT, MS, or DPT).
• Current State of Minnesota Physical Therapist licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Certification must be obtained within 4 months if not current.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on functional, measurable goals.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions across outpatient, inpatient, and sub-acute settings.
• Help patients improve mobility, independence, function and quality of life.
• Address patients’ physical, emotional, cultural and psychosocial needs with compassion and professionalism.
• Educate patients and families on safety, mobility, home programs and progress strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other therapy professionals.
• Delegate and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as appropriate.
• Complete timely documentation and billing.
• Maintain clinical competency through continuing education and professional development.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in department initiatives.
