Crestmoor Health and Rehabilitation Center LLC is seeking an experienced therapist to evaluate and treat patients, maintain medical records documentation, and conduct in-services on restorative techniques. You will ensure care aligns with medical practices, governmental requirements, and company policies.

Responsibilities include supervising Therapist Assistants and therapy students, collaborating with the team, and upholding residents' rights with dignity and respect.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to represent Company in an ethical and professional manner, and to maintain accountability.

• Supervise Therapist Assistants and therapy students in direct patient care to carry out plan of care and patient related activities per state practice act and reimbursement regulations.
