Job summary

Crestmoor Care Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide patient care under supervision. You will support established medical practices, comply with governmental requirements, and uphold company policies while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include modeling professionalism, promoting teamwork, protecting residents’ rights, and adhering to safety and ethical standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program.
• Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Commitment to the company mission and care values (care, compassion, honesty, integrity, teamwork, safety).
• Must have current registration/licensure as a PTA or OTA.
