Crestmoor Health and Rehabilitation Center LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient care under supervision, following established medical practices and company policies. The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care, teamwork, and adherence to ethical standards.

A first-rate candidate will complete an accredited assistant program, hold PTA/OTA licensure, and meet licensure requirements.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program.
• Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must have current registration/licensure as a PTA or OTA.
