Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an equivalent setting preferred.
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred upon hire.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Provide direct therapy daily following patient’s care plan.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment and patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety and time-off procedures.
• Supervise physical therapist assistants.
