Job summary

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with an Oregon license and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Oregon Physical Therapist License is required.
• AHA BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial evaluations and develops individualized plans of care.
• Provides a variety of direct treatments and demonstrates treatment effectiveness.
• Maintains productivity standards and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and families.
• Supervises or coordinates with assistants and technicians as needed.
• Ensures documentation and communicates changes to the physician.
