Job summary

Mercy Hospital of Folsom is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to help patients regain and maintain physical well-being, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. You will evaluate patients, craft individualized care plans, and deliver targeted treatments tailored to each person’s needs.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and families, maintain productivity standards, and uphold a patient-centered, service-oriented approach in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited physical therapy degree program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of California, within 6 months.
• Basic Life Support - CPR from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide direct treatments tailored to each patient's needs.
• Consistently meet patient care productivity standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families.
• Promote a positive customer service environment.
