Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable state with active license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Follow established physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish and modify realistic, measurable goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care by PTAs and students.
• Chart accurately and timely.
• Use therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
