Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for Kindred Hospital Aurora, LTACH. This PRN position offers weekday scheduling with a wage scale of $45-$55 per hour. Deadline to apply is 08/02/2026.

The role emphasizes developing personalized treatment plans and coordinating care with the care team. Qualifications include a PT degree, active state license, CPR certification, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a specialized treatment plan to help regain well‑being through exercise and/or use of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow‑through programs.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
• Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
