LifePoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) at Kindred Hospital Aurora, LTACH. The PRN, weekday schedule supports patient recovery through personalized rehab plans and close interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualified candidates hold a PT degree, a current license in the state, and CPR certification. This position emphasizes safety, documentation, and continuing professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a specialized treatment plan to help patients regain well-being through exercise and/or use of prosthetic/orthotic devices.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow‑through programs.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
• Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.
