Qualifications

• Demonstrates age appropriate standards, policies and procedures for pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Proficient computer skills including data entry and records management.
• Analytical abilities to evaluate patient condition and progress.
• Strong interpersonal skills with patients, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans with specific goals.
• Delivers direct therapy and educates patients and families.
• Maintains accurate treatment documentation in EMR and ensures timely co-signatures when applicable.
• Maintains productivity while ensuring quality care and compliance with department standards.
• Follows safety, infection control and timekeeping policies; participates in ongoing education.
• Supervises therapy assistants and supports professional growth.
