• Demonstrates safe patient transfers with proper body mechanics.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings and determines PT diagnoses and outcomes.
• Performs examinations and selects appropriate assessment methods.
• Produces documentation per CTSCP67 and regulatory standards.
