Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute personalized treatment plans grounded in thorough assessments of orthopaedic and neurologic conditions.
• Utilize cutting-edge software to objectively measure and document patient outcomes, ensuring transparency and accuracy in care.
• Efficiently manage documentation for evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, minimizing paperwork and maximizing patient interaction.
• Regularly assess and interpret patient data to adjust treatment plans according to each patient's age-specific needs and progress.
• Provide exceptional care in accordance with established clinic policies, procedures, and best practices, fostering a safe and effective treatment environment.

Qualifications

Education/Training:
Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized physical therapy program.

Licensure/Certification:

• Holds a current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.
• Maintains a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida; a temporary permit is acceptable.

Preferred Experience

While a Bachelor's degree is required, candidates with advanced certifications or specialized training in orthopedic physical therapy are preferred. Previous experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting will be beneficial.
