Kedrion Biopharma Inc. seeks a Phlebotomist to support Kedplasma's donation operations in Lincoln, NE. You will welcome donors, perform venipuncture, and monitor comfort and safety throughout the donation process.

The role emphasizes precision, adherence to SOPs, donor confidentiality, and teamwork with a quality-driven staff. A high school diploma is required; phlebotomy certification is preferred. Training provided; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred (required in CA).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate donors on the donation process and center policies.
• Greet donors and guide them through the donation process.
• Perform venipuncture procedures following SOPs.
• Monitor donor well-being and respond to any adverse reactions.
• Maintain equipment and readiness for daily operations.
• Record donor data and manage sample labeling and NAT testing.
• Ensure donor floor stocks and donor confidentiality.
• Support donor flow and notify management of bottlenecks.
