Job summary

TriHealth Bethesda Buther Hospital is seeking a Phlebotomist dedicated to accurate specimen collection and compassionate patient care. This on-site role at our Hamilton, OH location supports a safe, respectful, patient-centered experience while connecting patients with care teams.

Responsibilities include procuring quality specimens, aiding in laboratory processes, and ensuring compliance with CLIA, TJC, and CAP guidelines. Previous phlebotomy experience is preferred and day shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED is required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience in Phlebotomy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and sample integrity protocols.
• Document all required information in expected timeframes.
• Ensure specimen integrity through accurate patient identification and data collection.
• Tackle complex tasks proactively and take initiative as needed.
• Emphasize accuracy in the collection process and complete work timely.
