Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Phlebotomist at West Hospital to draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing. The role includes clerical duties to maintain departmental efficiency and requires accurate patient identification and data entry. Travel to off-site locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.

• Perform data entry and process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing) as ordered by test orders.
• Handle clerical duties (inventory, stocking supplies, answering phones).
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
