Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our plasma donation team. You will guide donors through a safe, comfortable donation process and play a key role in maintaining a welcoming center environment.

You will perform venipuncture, monitor donor well‑being, and ensure strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards while supporting a collaborative team focused on quality and donor care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California).
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate donors on the donation process, center policies, compensation, and the importance of plasma‑based therapies.
• Greet donors and introduce the donation process to establish trust and comfort.
• Perform venipuncture following SOPs, including arm prep, collection volumes, restarts, and cell loss protocols.
• Monitor donor well‑being during donation and respond to adverse reactions.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment and ensure readiness for daily operations.
