Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and collect blood specimens as ordered.
• Label, log, and process specimens per laboratory protocols.
• Prepare collection trays and maintain clean, stocked work areas.
• Provide clear, compassionate instructions to patients regarding procedures.
• Monitor patient condition during collection to ensure safety.
• Document specimen collection in LIS accurately.
