Job summary

You will assist with daily workflow, adhere to SOPs, and participate in training and certification requirements in your state. The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and maintaining a compliant, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board licensure and certification requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment in high school or equivalent program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance including nights and weekends.
• Ensure accurate prescription labeling and patient safety.
• Deliver empathetic patient service and assist customers at pick-up, drive-thru, or by phone.
• Assist with basic inventory, restocking and cycle counts as directed.
• Support additional immunization and point-of-care services where legally allowed.
