Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age and licensure/certification
• If the state board does not specify a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old
• If the state board does not specify, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be enrolled in high school/hse program
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Provide empathetic patient experiences at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Assist with inventory tasks and returns-to-stocks as directed by leadership
• Travel to stores in the market as needed by the business
• Comply with all laws, regulations and CVS policies to protect patient safety and privacy
• Deliver additional health care services where allowed by law and training
