Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to join our retail pharmacy team. You will support pharmacists, help ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and contribute to positive patient experiences at the register, drive-thru, and phone interactions.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, performing basic inventory duties, and assisting with immunizations and other services where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and provide empathetic customer service.
• Assist with inventory, labeling, and basic workflow procedures.
• Contribute to patient experiences, vaccinations and point-of-care services where allowed by law.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to market stores as needed.
