Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I to support pharmacy operations in Boston. The role involves preparing medications, handling inventory, and providing courteous customer service under pharmacist supervision.

The position requires MA Board of Pharmacy certification and 0–1 years of related experience; Epic, PioneerRx, and ParataMax familiarity is a plus. This is a per diem, rotating shift opportunity with the opportunity to impact patient care directly.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy certification.
• 0–1 year related work experience.
• Experience with computer systems including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.

Mansioni

• Under pharmacist supervision, process prescriptions accurately and timely.
• Assist with third-party transactions and documentation.
• Handle patient-specific medication pickup, delivery, and order packing.
• Retrieve information for new prescriptions and reconcile records per law.
• Refer clinical questions to a pharmacist promptly.
