Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. in Middleborough, MA seeks a Temporary Customer Service/Route Service Representative to manage clinic relationships and patient pickups on a busy route. This full-time, hourly role requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Training is provided and overtime is possible.

Work involves visiting veterinary clinics, handling pets with care, and documenting all pickups and deliveries accurately on a defined route.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service, account management, or route-based experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted clinic relationships and follow clinic procedures.
• Retrieve deceased pets respectfully and ensure proper handling and documentation.
• Use company technology to scan pets at pickup and delivery; verify names and IDs.
• Complete all route stops accurately and on time; maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness.
• Provide clinics with information on available services and commemorative options.
