Job summary

Gateway Services is hiring an Operational Team Member for our Las Cruces, NM care center. This on-site role supports cremation operations, packaging, and memorial keepsakes, with a focus on accuracy and compassion. You will work with a supportive team to serve veterinary partners and grieving families.

No prior industry experience is required, and we provide comprehensive training. The schedule is Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm with the potential for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift during shift.
• Comfortable working around deceased pets.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is correct.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups/deliveries using a company vehicle when needed.
