Job summary

Gateway Services is a leading pet aftercare provider, offering cremation and memorial services across North America. We are seeking an Operations Team Member to support cremation processes and memorial item production in a caring, team-based environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 12 months in a service role, and a valid driver license if needed. Schedule is Mon-Fri, with a starting pay of $19/hour and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a service industry.
• Valid Driver License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the retort, create and package Paw prints, engrave memorial items, and process cremated remains.
• Maintain daily cremation goals and strive for compassionate, excellent service.
• Monitor equipment, perform minor maintenance requests, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
