Job summary

Salus Homecare is seeking Personal Care Assistants/Caregivers for multiple cases across West Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, mobility assistance, and transportation to appointments.

Two shift types available with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits; flexible hours and ongoing training support the role. Qualifying candidates must have CA HCA certification, pass a TB test, be eligible to work in the USA, and maintain a valid driving

Qualifications

HCA certification as CA State requirement for Personal Attendant.
TB test within 90 days of start date.
Legal work status within the USA.
Able to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

Serve as a companion to clients.
Arrive to clients' homes on time.
Assist with personal care activities (bathing, oral hygiene, meals, dressing, ambulation).
Transport clients to appointments and errands.
Turn, reposition, and move patients between beds and chairs.
Demonstrate flexibility to meet client needs.
Maintain confidentiality of client information per HIPAA.
Notify office of abnormal findings.
Represent the company with a positive image.
