Job summary
Salus Homecare is seeking Personal Care Assistants in West Los Angeles area to provide compassionate in-home care for clients. The role includes companionship, assistance with personal care, and transportation, with shifts including mornings, weekends, and overnights.

Qualifications
- HCA certification required; Salus can assist with the process.
- TB test within 90 days of start is required.
- Must be legally able to work in the USA.
- Must have the physical ability to perform all job functions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a companion to clients.
- Arrive to clients' homes in a timely manner.
- Assist with personal care activities (bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, dressing, ambulation).
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, activities, etc.
- Turn, reposition, and move patients between beds, wheelchairs, and seats.
- Demonstrate flexibility in meeting client needs.
- Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA standards.
- Notify office of abnormal findings or conditions.
- Represent the company with a positive image at all times.
