Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Prepare and serve meals per dietary needs.
• Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organization).
• Provide medication reminders and assist with exercises or therapies.
• Offer companionship and meaningful activities.
• Monitor changes in health or behavior and report to supervisor.
• Respect client confidentiality and maintain a safe environment.
