Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in Manchester, TN. The role supports residents’ daily living activities in a home‑like environment, working with a caring team to promote safety, comfort, and dignity.

Requires 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS certification is a plus and training is available. Full or part‑time positions with competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus — training available

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity
• Monitor resident safety and observe for signs of distress or changes in condition
• Accurately document resident care, activities, and changes as required
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and fellow caregivers regarding resident needs
• Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well‑being
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment
