Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of the principles of relating to frail elderly persons.
• Strong communication with participants, families, and staff.

Aufgaben

• Participate as part of the interdisciplinary team, monitor and report changes in participants.
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance (toileting, showering, eating, oral care, grooming).
• Support physical activity, exercise, and walking.
• Ensure participant safety and emergency readiness.
• Assist with activities, meals, and routine cleaning to maintain comfort.
• Record ongoing documentation and reassess changing needs.
