Job summary

Senior Care Partners PACE is seeking a compassionate Participant Care Assistant (PCA) to provide direct care in the Day Center and in participants' homes as directed by the PCA Coordinator. You will help with daily activities, monitor wellbeing, and support safety and comfort with dignity.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience with frail elderly or long-term care.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with charting/documentation.

Responsibilities

• May assist with delivery of supplies to participants' homes as assigned.
• Assist participants with ADLs in the center.
• Respects participants' autonomy and dignity.
• Promotes participants' engagement at maximum level of independence during activities.
