Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to guests, including bathing, dressing, grooming
• Assist with daily living activities, such as setting up meals, ambulating, and transferring
• Support guests with mobility and mobility-related issues, including wheelchair assistance and mobility device management
• Help guests maintain their independence and autonomy by providing assistance with daily tasks and routines
• Monitor and report any changes in a guest's condition or behavior to the nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Communicate effectively with guests, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care and support
