Job summary

Fairlawn Retirement Community in Archbold, OH is seeking a Part-Time Personal Care Assistant for the 2PM–10:30PM shift. The role focuses on compassionate daily living support for residents, with an emphasis on teamwork, a positive attitude, and reliable attendance.

The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, communicate effectively with residents and staff, and be comfortable with a schedule that includes holiday and weekend rotation. Previous caregiving experience is valued.

Qualifications

• First aid and CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Feeding Assistance Certificate, preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
• Must have excellent attendance and work history.
• Must be able to push, pull move and/or lift supplies and equipment Max. 50 lbs.
