Job summary

Cambridge House is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment. The role emphasizes empathy, attention to detail, and resident dignity.

The PCA will assist with ADLs, monitor health, engage residents in social activities, and follow infection control protocols while collaborating with the care team to provide compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of a state-approved PCA, CNA, or caregiver training program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents, assisting with ADLs and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.
• Monitor residents' health, report changes to nursing staff, and assist with medication reminders as needed.
